Now since i am a big android fan i was iffy on deciding whether i should talk about the Verizon iPhone or not. I have had my Motorola Droid (Overclocked & Rooted running Cyanogen Mod 6) for over a year now and still love it. In my opinion, the ever-changing open source greatness that is the android OS is superior to the stale iphone OS. Buuuuut, that's not what this post is about so on to the iPhone. I am on the Verizon and like others, know it is better than AT&T. It's about time they finally put the iPhone on Verizon. But not only is it being put on the network, some of the hardware and software is also getting a few upgrades of itself. Some of the new features are:
- Personal Hotspot (Set up your on WiFi modem)
- Mute and Volume Controls slightly shifted
- Obviously better sound reception and quality
There is not any drastic changes from the AT&T model, but it's a cool little upgrade from it. I am definitely not gonna go out and buy this
brick phone, but maybe you are into the iPhone and will!
I hope this wasn't too biased ;)
